Roman Klott, MRICS - Managing Director
Roman Klott, Dipl.-Kfm.(FH), MRICS holds a real estate management degree and gained professional experience in real estate marketing, management and financing throughout several posts in major German real estate companies. Answering on the growing demand for professional real estate services in Serbia and neighbouring countries, he established Atrium in 2004, today one of the market leaders in its field. Mr. Klott has achieved a long-term growth by developing Atrium's services constantly. Today, Atrium is active in the entire SEE region, offering commercial and residential brokerage services, property and facility management, valuation and advisory services and green building services. Mr. Klott was elected as Chartered Surveyor in 2010.
Bojan Jevremovic - Head of Agency
Mr. Bojan Jevremovic has started his professional career in year 2007 in Habitat Developments Company, in Belgrade as a Consultant in the Residential Brokerage Department. After a year working in international environment with well known domestic and foreign companies and several high valued close deals was promoted to position Manager Brokerage Services, responsible for all brokerage activities in Habitat. Beginning of 2010 he has joined Danos in Alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate on the position of Manager Key Accounts responsible for expansion, activities in the Agency department, developing the department and bringing in new projects.
Vladimir Cvetinovic - Valuation Consultant
Vladimir Cvetinovic graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade, and is currently finishing his Master studies on the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Subotica, University of Novi Sad. His professional carrier started at 2006 in EFG Property Services while he was working as valuator consultant. During his employment in EFG Property Services, he carried out valuations of different types of properties, including office, retail, residential, etc. Afterwards, Mr. Cvetinovic gained experience in Delta Sport, where he was working as a Project Manager for several big projects. From 2009 till 2011, he has been employed in the FMTG -Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group, has worked on the project Falkensteiner hotel and office building in Belgrade. At the beginning of 2012, Mr. Cvetinovic joined NAI atrium as a Valuation Consultant. From the very start of his work in the company, he became fully engaged in carrying out property valuations reports, market research studies and investment advisory.
Diana Klott - Marketing Manager
Graduated the “International Relations and European Integration” Faculty (BA)and speaks fluent 6 languages ( Romanian, Serbian English, German, Hungarian Spanish).Diana Klott has 5 years of working experience in the agency business and marketing and is responsabile for the coordination between the three offices in Serbia, Bulgaria and Slovakia.
